Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

During high-volume periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (You will only receive tracking information if you have an email on file).


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping within most of Florida: Typically, 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Standard Shipping outside of Florida: based on carrier estimates.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak shipping seasons.


Free Shipping

Free shipping promotions, with shipping within the United States, may be offered periodically and are subject to change.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.

Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination and order size.


International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping currently.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress (You will only receive tracking information if you have an email on file).

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
